So what really happened at Calvary ?
Forgiven – “And you being dead in your sins, and the uncircumcision of your flesh . . . hath He quickened* together with Him (Christ Jesus), having forgiven you all trespasses !” Colossians 2:13
Rescued – “For He saith . . . I have heard thee _________ (your name) in a time accepted* (Isaiah 49:8-16), and in the day of Salvation have I succoured (rescued) thee . . . Behold, now is the accepted time* (Luke 4:18-19), behold, Today is the day of your Salvation . . . !” II Corinthians 6:2
Redeemed – “For as much as ye know . . . that ye were not redeemed* (loosen, atonement, ransomed in full) with corruptible things, such as silver and gold . . . but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a Lamb without blemish and without spot . . . !”

Delivered – “Giving thanks unto The Father (Matthew 23:9), which hath made us meet (worthy) to be partakers of the Inheritance of the saints in Light . . . In Whom we have Redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of our sins !” Colossians 1:12-14
Healed – “Who His Own self bare our sins (Isaiah 53:4-6) in His Own body upon that tree . . . So that we, being now dead to sins, should live unto righteousness (Romans 8:2-4 & II Corinthians 4:10-11) . . . and by Whose stripes we are healed !”

Restored & Reconciled – “For if, when we were enemies (of God – Romans 8:7-8), we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more now, being reconciled, we shall be saved* (delivered, rescued, granted freedom, healed and made whole) by His Life !
And not only this . . . but we also joy in God through our Lord (Sovereign King) Jesus Christ, by Whom we have now received the atonement* (at-one-ment) . . . !”

Set Free – “And when Jesus (He) had opened the book (Isaiah), He found the place where it is written . . . The Spirit of the LORD (Jehovah, Yehuwah) is upon Me, because He hath anointed Me to proclaim the Glad Tidings (gospel) to the poor . . . He hath sent Me to heal the brokenhearted . . . to proclaim deliverance to the captives, the recovering of sight to the blind . . . and to set at liberty them that are bruised !”

Crucified with Him –

Dead with Him –
“Knowing this . . . that our old man (that which was born in Adam) is crucified with Christ, so that the body of sin might be destroyed, and that henceforth we should not serve (be in bondage to, obey) sin . . .
For he that is dead, is freed from sin . . . For in that He died, He died unto sin once, but in that He liveth, He liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed (in deeds, in actions) unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord (Sovereign King)! ” Romans 6:6-11
Raised with Him –
“What shall we say then?
Shall we continue to sin, so that grace* (G5485) may abound? God forbid !
For how shall we that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? . . . Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ, were baptized into His death?
Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death . . . So that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of The Father (Exodus 33:7 thru 34:7), even so we also should rise to walk in newness of Life . . . !” Romans 6:1-6
New Creations in Him –
“For He (God the Father) hath made Him to be sin for us, Who knew no sin . . . so that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him (I Corinthians 1:29-31) . . . There-fore, if any man (or woman) be in Christ, they are a new creature* (creation): old things are passed away . . . Behold, all things are become new !”

Chosen in Him –
“According as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world . . . that we should be holy, and without blame before Him in love . . . To the praise of the glory of His grace* (G5485 – Divine Influence upon the heart, and it’s reflection as seen in the life) . . . wherein He hath made us accepted in the Beloved !
In Whom we have Redemption through His blood (for the Life is in the blood – Leviticus 17:10-11), even the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches (abundance) of His grace . . . !” Ephesians 1:4-7
Called in Him –
“Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling . . . not according to our works, but according to His Own purpose* and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began . . . !” II Timothy 1:9
“For ye also, as living stones . . . are built up a spiritual house (temple – I Corinthians 3:16-17 & 6:15-20), an holy priesthood . . . to offer up spiritual sacrifices (Romans 12:1 & Psalm 51:15-20), acceptable unto God through Jesus Christ . . .
Yea, ye are a chosen generation* (offspring, generated, brought into being, kindred), a Royal priesthood, an holy nation (tribe, family), a peculiar people . . . That ye should shew forth the praises of Him Who hath called you out of the darkness into His marvelous Light . . . !” I Peter 2:5-9
Begotten Again in Him –
“Who, according to His abundant mercy hath begotten us again (John 3:3-7, I Peter 1:23-25) unto a living Hope, by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead . . . Who are kept by the power* of God through faith unto Salvation . . . ready to be revealed in this last times (these last days before Christ’s return) !” I Peter 1:3-5
“Not according to works of righteousness which we have done . . . but according to His mercy He saved* us (rescued, delivered, healed, and set us free), by the washing* (baptism) of Regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit . . .
Which He shed* (poured forth, gushed out, shed abroad) on us abundantly through Jesus Christ . . . That being justified* (declared, rendered innocent, holy and righteous) by His grace,* we should be made heirs according to the hope* (confidence, assurance) of Eternal Life . . . !” Titus 3:5-7
Joint-heirs in Christ –
“And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed (children – Israel), and heirs according to the Promise . . . That the Blessing* (Spirit-filled Words) of Abraham might come on* (regenerate, bring into being) the Gentiles through Jesus Christ . . . that we might receive the promise* of the Spirit through faith !”

Seated in Him –
“In Whom ye also trusted . . . after that ye heard the Word of Truth (unfailing verity), the Glad Tidings of your Salvation (rescue, deliverance, freedom, healing and restoration) in Christ . . . In Whom also, after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of Promise, which is the earnest (pledge) of our Inheritance, until the redemption* (ransom, reclaiming in full) of the purchased possession . . . !”

“That the eyes of your understanding being enlightened . . . ye may know what is the hope* (confidence, assurance) of His calling, and what is the abundant riches of the glory of His Inheritance in the saints . . .
And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working* (Colossians 2:11-13) of His mighty* power, which He wrought in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead (upon Whom had been lain the iniquities of us all), and set Him at His Own right hand in the heavens* (ref: Isaiah 66:1) . . . far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named . . . !” Ephesians 1:18-21
“That in the ages to come . . . He might shew the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness (undeserved, favour) toward us through Jesus Christ . . . !”

Our Great Commission and Purpose in Him ?
“And Jesus came, and spake unto them (us), saying . . . All power is now given unto Me in heaven and in earth . . . As My Father hath sent Me, even so send I you !”

“And He said unto them (us) . . . I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven (Revelation 12:7-9) . . . Behold, I give unto you ________ (your name) power* to tread on serpents and on scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you . . . !” Luke 10:18-19
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that is lifted against you in condemnation, thou shalt condemn . . . for the is the heritage (inheritance) of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of Me . . . !”
Isaiah 54:17
“Go ye therefore into all the world, and proclaim the Glad Tidings to every creature . . .He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved,* but he that believeth not shall remain condemned . . . for this is the condemnation, that Light is come into the world, but men loved darkness rather than Light ! John 3:17-21
And these signs shall follow them that believe . . . In My name shall they cast out devils, they shall speak with new tongues (languages). They shall take up* (loose the hold of serpents), and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them . . . They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover . . .
So then, after the Lord had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God . . . . And they (we) went forth and proclaimed every where, the Lord working with them (in them), and confirming the Word preached with signs* following . . . !” Mark 16:15-20
