The Word of your Salvation ?

ascension   “For our Glad Tidings came not unto you in word only, but also in power* (miraculous strength, abundance, wonderful, might), and in the Holy Spirit, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake . . . !”       I Thessalonians 1:5

So many today, need to understand that there is Living (Life-giving) power in the Word of God !

Not like the new age version of “name it and claim it.” For there is one most vital difference between the True and the counterfeit.   And that is . . . Our faith is based upon the Word of the Living God !

Jesus (Yehushua) has assured us, “Sanctify them through Thy Truth; Thy Word is Truth . . . !” And when we see this word “Truth” in the original greek, it literally means Verity, verily so !

And “Being born (begotten) again . . . by the Word of God, which liveth and abideth forever!   For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man is as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away . . . But, the Word of the LORD (Jehovah, Yehuwah) endureth forever !

And this is the Word which by the Glad Tidings is proclaimed unto you !”  I Peter 1:23-25

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us . . . !”   John 1:14

Quote –   “The very flesh in which the soul tabernacles and through which it works is the Lord’s. We have no right to neglect any part of the living machinery. Every portion of the living organism is the Lord’s. The knowledge of our own physical organism should teach us that every member is to do God’s service, as an instrument of righteousness.

None but God can subdue the pride of man’s heart. We cannot save ourselves. We cannot regenerate ourselves . . . . The whole gospel is comprised in learning of Christ, His meekness and lowliness. What is justification by faith?   It is the work of God in laying the glory of man in the dust, and doing for man that which it is not in his power to do for himself . . . !”
— Special Testimonies to Ministers p.456

For it is Christ in you, the Hope of glory . . . !”   Colossians 1:27

“Who being the brightness of His (The Father’s) glory, and the express Image of His person, and upholding all things by the Word of His power, when He had by Himself purged (washed, cleansed) our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high !”   Hebrews 1:1-3

“Wherefore, as the Holy Spirit saith . . .
Today, if ye will hear His Voice . . . harden not your hearts
. . .”   Hebrews 3:7-8

“And for this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the Word of God which ye heard of (by, from) us, ye received It not as the word of men (yea, nay, or maybe) . . . . but as It is in Truth (Verity), the Word of God (Deity), which effectually worketh also in you that believe . . . !”     I Thessalonians 2:13

“And faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Deity) !”     Romans 10:17

“For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, but with the mouth confession (profession, to speak aloud) is made unto Salvation ! . . . . For the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him !   For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord (Sovereign King), shall be saved !”   Romans 10:8-13

Saved, Salvation (greek or hebrew) = delivered, set free, rescued, healed, made and restored whole !

Therefore, if any man be in Christ Jesus he is a new creation: old things are passed away; Behold, all things are become new . . . !”  II Corinthians 5:17

“For in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature* (creation) !”
Galatians 6:15

“Wherefore I also . . . cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers . . . That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the Spirit of Wisdom and revelation in the knowing of Him . . . which is Life Eternal ! . . . And that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, ye may know what is the hope of His calling, and what is the riches (abundance) of the glory of His Inheritance in the saints . . . !

And ye may know what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe . . . according to the working of His mighty power, which He wrought in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His Own right hand in the heavens . . . . Far above all principalities, and powers, and might and dominion . . . . !”      Ephesians 1:15-23 & 6:10-12

That at the name of Jesus (Yehushua), every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things on earth, and things under the earth. And every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Sovereign King), to the glory of God the Father . . . !”     Philippians 2:10-11

Quote –     “Had it been possible, the prince of darkness with his apostate army would have kept forever sealed the tomb that held the Son of God. But a heavenly host surrounded the sepulcher. Angels that excel in strength were guarding the tomb, and waiting to welcome the Prince of Life.    “And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the LORD (Jehovah, Yehuwah) descended from heaven.”

Clothed with the panoply of God, this angel left the heavenly courts. The bright beams of God’s glory went before him, and illuminated his pathway. “His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: and for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.” Matthew 28:1-4

Now, priests and rulers, where is the power of your guard? Brave soldiers that have never been afraid of human power are now as captives taken without sword or spear. The face they look upon is not the face of mortal warrior; it is the face of the mightiest of the LORD’s host.

This messenger is he who fills the position from which Satan fell. It is he who on the hills of Bethlehem proclaimed Christ’s birth. The earth trembles at his approach, the hosts of darkness flee, and as he rolls away the stone, heaven seems to come down to the earth. The soldiers see him removing the stone as he would a pebble, and hear him cry . . . . Thou Son of God,  come forth; Thy Father calls Thee !

They see Jesus come forth from the grave, and hear Him proclaim over the rent sepulcher, “I Am the resurrection, and the Life.” As He comes forth in majesty and glory, the angel host bow low in adoration before the Redeemer, and welcome Him with songs of praise !”       – Desire of Ages p.779 & Early Writings p.182And the angel said, “I am Gabriel, that stand in the Presence of God; and I am sent to speak unto thee, this day, and to shew thee these Glad Tidings . . . !”   Luke 1:19

“And we also declare unto you these Glad Tidings, how that the Promise which was made unto the fathers (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob), God hath fulfilled he same unto us their children . . . know ye therefore, that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham ! . . .  in that He hath raised up Jesus (Yehushua) again . . . !”   Acts 13:32-35

“Therefore, being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of The Father the Promise of the Holy Spirit, He hath shed forth this which ye now see and hear . . . . And unto you first God, having raised up His Son Jesus, sent Him to Bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities !”     Acts 2:29-39

“For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek (gentile): for the same Lord (Sovereign King) over all, is rich unto all that call upon Him !” For it is written, “Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be Saved . . . !”     Romans 10:12-13 & ref: Joel 2:32     “How then shall they call on Him in Whom they have not believedand how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard?   and how shall they hear without a preacher (one who proclaims)?   And how shall they proclaim, except they be sent ?

As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of them that preach (proclaim) the gospel of peace (between God and fallen man), and bring Glad Tidings of good things !   But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, LORD, who hath believed our report (testimony) ?”   Romans 10:14-16 & Isaiah 52:1-12 & 53:1

“Let us therefore fear, lets a Promise being left us of entering into His Rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. For unto us was the Glad Tidings preached (proclaimed), as well as unto them . . . . But the Word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it . . .  !”     Hebrews 4:1-10

And Jesus said, “Go ye therefore ! . . . . and proclaim the Glad Tidings of Salvation, deliverance, freedom, healing and restoration, to every creature, and he that believeth and is baptized (ref: Titus 3:4-6) shall be Saved . . . !”

 Matthew 28:18-19 & Mark 16:15-18
